    1985 Honda NS400R

ok motor-wise, yuck. But the plastic is pretty. Doe any VFRworlders have one of these?

These NS400R's were a very low production motorcycle. These were sold mainly in Japan, New Zealand, Australia, and Canada. Bike is sold with BILL OF SALE ONLY. Buyer would have to secure their own title. This is considered a gray market bike. Different states have different guidelines runs great - drives great - rear cowl was replaced - cowl should be white. I am a Honda dealer and recently sold my franchise. I am parting with some of my collectibles. Call with questions 1-618-549-7397 Tuesday-Saturday 9:00-5:00CDT. Speedometer reads in Kilometers 28,672 which is 17,815 in Miles. I will professionally crate and deliver to Forward Air in St. Louis, Missouri for $250.00. Freight costs for shipping are buyers responsibility. ForwardAir.com. Good Luck bidding.

Yeah he mentioned in the ad that it was a bill of sale only exchange. Washington state won't accept a bill of sale afaik, not sure what a person would do here to ride that on streets. although maybe you don't ride a bike like that.

I'd love to take that for a spin. A 400cc multi-cylinder two stroke has got to rip. I wonder how close it would perform compared to the 800cc VFR engines. Would it be more or less motor? I imagine it would be pretty close in overall performance.

its-title.com looks like a camp-site did the one you meant to link go down? I'm interested in sites that would help with titles. My VF1000F isn't titled yet, the guy I bought it from is trying to get a hold of the guy he bought it from etc, etc. If it falls through, I bought the bike for $400 and might have to wait 3 years for a WA title. But I wonder if the sites you mentioned would have a faster solution.

Back in the day when these were released I was riding the smaller version which was an MVX250 2 smoker 3 cylinder with reverse cylinders.

Have always wanted to buy something like this as it was based around(Loosely ) the NSR500 of the day.

Have seen many modified versions on sites and they are a real rocket ship

    Check these out

I really wanted one of those back then when I was riding around my VF500. Those were the good old days for the two-strokes, at least up here in Canada: Yamaha RZ350, RZ500, Suzuki RG500 Gamma (my fav) and the NS400. Too bad they didn't continue and evolve.
