I'm getting ready to change the oil and if Honda doesn't use any special additives like Triumph claims to use, I'm thinking of using AMSOIL. When I had my Harley she sure like AMSOIL in all three holes so I thought why not give it a go. I don't think Honda puts any special additves it that I could find using google anyway. Thanks

Bro, Honda oil HP4S full synthetic, HP4 additives, HP4M semi synthetic and GN4 mineral oil. Mate you can go to the Honda site and it explains every oil in detail. By the way NICE pipe if Dam start pissing me around I will get the same pipe the carbon looks good on this rig.

There are two different versions of the HP4 line. One with moly, and one without. You'll want to make sure that whoever does your change understands that the oil MUST be without moly. That also includes Honda dealerships that have been known to overlook this important point.

Just to update my oil choice I ended up with the Amsoil on the second oil change at right around 6k which was a little longer then I will go from now forward. My Two Brothers exhaust are really sounding good now that they have a few miles on them, just ordered the top box, man I can't beleive the price does Harley make It for Honda?
