Are there issues with the centerstand on the 2nd gen clearing the Yosh or other aftermarket exhaust?

I purchased it off another guy who was reffered by Toe....so I'm pretty sure it's good.

I'm asking because I was going to purchase a centerstand but I don't wanna waste the $$ if it's not gonna fit with the Yosh exhaust installed.

its a no go....buy a pit bull stand and don't worry about the center stand.....I still have my centerstand on the bike, of course, I am still running stock exhaust...I am ok with the center stand going away WHEN I finally decide to change the exhaust...

When I had my 2nd gen it still had it's centerstand and a yoshi exhaust it wasn't as smooth as I would of liked but it did work the spring for the stand rested against the exhaust didn't like it a lot but it worked.

Yeah i dont think the yoshi exhaust will work with centerstand. Unless u wanna modify your headers...which will push the yoshi back closer to rear wheel and closer to stock exhaust location. I had to do that to accomodate a new rear shock...real PITA for a centerstand.

    Ok. Thanks guys for that.

I do have a Swingarm stand, but I miss my centerstand. (from my old VF500) I was gonna buy a centerstand but was checking to see if it cleared first.

    Thanks!

I know on the SOHC CB750K's once you install a Yosh pipe your centerstand goes bye-bye, that's what makes me think it goes away on these also.
Pretty much meant for racing, the creature comforts like a center stand get thrown away.

    Nice!

Potsdam is about 443kms and a little less than 5 hrs away.

I passed by there a few years back when I took my VF500 out east. You're so close to the Adirondacks! Lucky!
