    Morning everyone,
I stumbled across the site looking for information on a rear shock sticking. I'd like to thank whom ever posted the service manual for it. As the title says it's a vf 700. It needs some TLC and the color needs to be changed since it's a spraybomb prismatic.

    Thanks again

Yep, the rear shocks failing is super common. The problem is there is no way to repair that shock. If you are interetsed in replacing it, shoot me an e-mail and I can give you some more detail/info.

Fine avatar, by gosh, and noble in its scope.

Factory shock flaw, built-in standard equipment !

You bought it cuz you didn't know as much as you needed, a lame horse and you're thinking about the silly paint ??? You have more important issues to address, like the engine and its multiple reliability defects.

Thanks, No I didn't know that the shock was a built in flaw but I like the v4 engines. I guess I'm a gonna need to ask what hereditary engine defects? I thought by 85ish the cam issues where done.
