Has anyone spent enough time on the pirelli angels to say how well they perform and last?

I've got about 2000 miles on mine and I like them quite a bit.
Grip is plenty for me regardless of conditions and they ride very smooth.
Previously I've gone through two sets of Conti Road Attacks on the VFR which were nice too.
I got around 8000 miles on each set of RA's, hoping for even more with the Angels.
I ususlly put on 11-12k per year and really don't like changing tires twice a season.

I now have 1500 miles on mine. Although they felt like warm chewing gum when new they are wearing just fine. They started to flat spot on the freeway but daily commuting on VA backroads has taken care of that. Traction wet or dry is great. They drop in kinda sudden and I am not finding them as precise as I would like. I have been running on a slightly bad set of front bearings (they will be replaced this weekend) and am not sure if that is the problem. I will update next week.

I have a couple of hundred miles on mine, really have no complaints,

I guess considering they are relatively new to the market we will get more reviews as the year goes on..

New bearings helped the drop in but didnt eliminate it. Still a great ride though.

I guess I'm a little late to the party, just took delivery of my new angels from Pirelli Angel ST Rear Motorcycle Tire | Jake Wilson

including shipping came to $193 for set with coupon( jw0009) 20$ off and 10$ off for buying 2 or more. looking fwd to seeing how they stand up, couldn't resist a deal like that. will see how they compare to all the other tires iv had, some in multi sets conti RA, corsa III,diablo, and longest lasting so far pilot rds2. just another tire to add to list LOL i wont mention oem Metzler thats not a tire more like a stone wheel waiting for a crash

I was just at the local bike shop and asked about the Angels and the guy said someone had bought them and only had about 3500 miles on them and they were about shot!! I think I am going to avoid these for now and go with something that has a little longer life to them.

7000 miles, found the cords on the rear, front has about 1000 miles left. Kept enough traction to scrape the pegs at 80mph all the way through (+50F and dry) . Good wet traction, never tested its limits.
