Have his/her head examined, what a royal pain in my ass.

I've fixed alot of stuff in my days and this takes the cake, and I haven't even had the pleasure of putting it back together.

Now I get to sit here waiting on some more parts from mason city honda. (ordered all the coolant lines going to the thermostat housing)
Yo Keith! If your listening you should call me back
asafp with my discounted parts so I can get my girl pieced back together.

Fuck you stuck thermostat, fuck you very much.

Buggered screw, had to take it to my local machine shop, last time this happened I broke it flush. Nice
guys, worked their magic, got it out and didn't charge me a thing. I'll leave him a 6 pack the next time I drive past his business.

And this is what happens when you bust a 4mm bolt flush. They have to drop a nut on top and carefully hit it with their welder, then back it out.
(and then charge you $20 of course) These pics are from my car.

The day after I bought her, which was less than 400 miles ago.
99, 17k, micron exhaust, heated grips, givi top case, new michelins, rear fender delete, sargent seat, and givi bars/windshield. What a joy to ride!
Oh, and this is my first sport (touring) bike, and I'm 33.

Clean looking ride. I especially like the splatter of coolant on the floor. And the "fuck you very much" was entertaining as well.

    Oh honda why..

I have moments like these occassionally. I have always thought there should be a thread "Honda what were you thinking?"

My latest was the cold weather idle screw being smaller than 6mm.

    Why oh why.......

Nice bike though. Hopefully you'll be back on the road soon.

Yeah, I felt the same way. A 5 minute job turned into an all day ordeal. I think if I have to do it again I will just cut a hole in the right side frame since that is the only thing getting in my way.
