Seriously, if you could have any bike, ANY bike, what would it be. Or maybe a couple. But limit it to three for sake of argument.

    Mine:
    Honda 1100XX Blackbird
    Jay leno's helicopter bike
    Honda's CBX

I rode the new multistrada 1200 and like the way it handles. I like the new VFR. I like the RSV4. I'd like a street legal dirtbike maybe ktm 525 or something like that.

In a quest to buy an American sportbike, I'm starting to get a chubby over the new EBR 1190RS. Yes, that's Erik Buell Racing... Yes, it's street legal... Yes, I don't have even half the ability to ride it the way it's meant to be ridden...

    Hmmmm........ Tough call Intrcptr.

My three would be a Bakker QCS. I've always loved the look of those twin single-sided swingarms and three spoke rims.

A Ducati Supermono. Raw sex appeal on wheels.

And a Bimota DB2. Simple understated elegance and beauty.

I have had my eye on the Ducati Monster for quite a while. Can't really explain why.
I also want a yellow Goldwing 1800 to haul the old lady around on.

Not as far as I know Kobe.

According to the info I've got the Supermono was actually based on Ducati's own 888 Corsa Racing machines of the early 90's. Pierre Terblanche penned the styling of the bike while Massimo Bordi and Claudio Domenicali supplied the engineering.
Officially only 65 were ever built between 1993 and 1995,although one prototype was built in 1992 and another one was built in 1998 using a 900 Supersport frame.

They were single cylinder "race only" machines with the '93 and '94 engines displacing 550cc's. The bore size on the '95 engines was bumped 2mm and those engines displaced 572cc's.
They were assembled using only the highest quality top shelf components that were available at the time. The bike itself was a crown jewel, but every single component that made up the bike was actually a little miniature jewel in itself. These bikes truly were a techno freak's dream come true.
And Holy Smokes Kobe did I mention they were sexy too!

By the way, we just moved from Rockford to VA a year ago; I still rent my house out there. Were you around back then in the area? Did/do you ever ride with WMR?

I've always HATED the look of beemers. But the new 1000Rs really get me going. There are many others - but that'd be my first.
