Rear suspension - Honda VFR 750 RC 36

Hi, can anyone help me. I would like to change my rear suspension, but dont know from which motorcylce supension could pass. I ve heard that some people have put rear shock from Honda CBR 900, need little modifications but pass ok. Does anybody know something about that.

Not sure if this helps...different bike, but you might want to contact Jamie Daughtry. He does shock conversions using CNC machining to make it fit without shims. I bought one for my 2000 VFR and it was plug and play. I think I read in one of the threads that he does do conversions for other models. Stock shocks are far from the best, and there's no reason to believe any other stock shock is better than the one you have.
