RC-30/45- wow, thats awesome; i will take 2 please.
1 to ride, and another to leave in the crate for 25 years.

So how do I explain to the wife one of these would look really good sitting next to my 85 VF1000R? I don't think she'll believe me if I tell her we can tour on it.

On the up side, maybe this will somehow end up with Honda producting a new VF1000F for the masses! SSSA with a 8 spoke rim please.

This is a pretty obvious photochop job. It's a CBR1000RR with the swing arm from the CB1000R. If the story is legit, that's great, but don't get wrapped up on the photo.

    KC-10 FE out...

    As far as the RVF1000R...........
    +1 on crusty's
I have a huge distrust of Honda to follow through but if they do... I'm on the band wagon.

That is going to be an exciting build. Looking forward to seeing it come to life. Good luck.

On a side note, I'm going home in about 2 weeks and I already have my rides all planned out. I'll let you know how she runs.

I told you guys this was happening back ALONG time ago; when the VFR12F was just official; there was an article with the top Honda engineer from Japan saying he was expecting the new V4's to be part of a new lineup of bikes, of many flavors, like the Fireblade was, for several years. Show a pic of the "adventure" version that is likely to come along next year as well.

I tried to tell all the cry baby's that the VFR12F wasn't the sportbike they'd want, and to wait for the V4 based new one. The post is on here somewhere, I'm too lazy to go look for it...

I sold my 99 VFR last weekend. I hope this rumor is true. I will be first in line with a deposit as soon as it is confirmed.
