Hey guys, just recently pick up a 02 vfr. Seems to be a wonderful bike. However, has anyone removed that blk cover by the right footpeg which covers the exhaust header? It seems a shame to cover up that up. Also, what about removing that ugly EPA can (CAT CONVERTER)?
If you want to remove the CAT you need to get a full exhaust system (ie headers and all about $800-$1000). Additionaly you would need to get an O2 sensor eliminator kit in order to trick the CPU to think there are still O2 sensors on the bike.
