-hello, I have recently bought 1991 VFR 750 RC-36 and I'd appreciate if someone post picture of FUEL SWITCH of his VFR750 RC-36, I need to see where are standing marks for ON-OFF-RESERVE, they are wiped out on my bike, and I dont know in which position to move it.
-If you dont have picture you can tell me, I posted this picture with number on every of 4 possible positions on fuel switch, and all you need to do is tell which number is what (ON OFF or RESERVE)
    1?
    2?
    3?
    4?

The HONDA parts fiche doesn't even show anything going in that spot. Since your in Russia that may have something to do with it.

Im like everybody else, we have never seen anything in that hole. Reminds me of the factory honda clock thats suppose to go under the cluster...never seen one of those in person either but at least its in the diagrams!

Dont suppose you have your manual under the seat?

I have downloaded manual for VFR750 RC-36, and theres not a single picture of fuel switch, I mean, its there but not close picture so I can see the marks. I supose my bike has diferent type of switch and petcock because it's for european market :/

i have been doing some research and this part and it is only offered in european bikes. its called a fuel tap over there.

here is some of the stuff i gathered:

1> Off is the central position, from there turn forward [anti clockwise ] for on, and clockwise for reserve.

2>At the fairing end: the tap control is in the OFF position. The locating holes for the nipples are in the following positions: top hole is at 11 o'clock; bottom hole is at 1 o'clock (as if we are sat on the bike).

At the tank end: the arrow is pointing forwards (towards front of bike). The locating holes here are in the following positions: back hole is at 1 o'clock; front hole is at 5 o'clock (with it in situ & looking at it from the left side of the bike).

Yeah, it came on Euro bikes. First post here, been lurking for a month or so I thought I might as well make it useful, here's a picture I got from somebody on another VFR forum when I asked about what went into that spot:

In case you can't see the pic, 1 is ON, 2 is OFF. I don't know about the rest.
