I don't have the stock tool kit for my bike and I need to adjust my chain. So where can I get the spanner to fit my 99 and how much. Or does any one have a stock tool kit for sale. That would be cool. Any one got some info for a new guy.

I tried ebay for about a week. Then ordered a toolkit through Honda. Took about 3 weeks for mine. Think it was about $150. (I did turn pale). But it is very useful for chain and also contains the rear shock adjuster. You could try to order them separately from Honda. The toolkit doesnt contain the extender bar that is extra. I use a pair of multigrips for a bit more leverage. Hope this helps

Kind of an old thread, but since you never said you got what you were looking for, here's a link to a Motion Pro Spanner.

since they call it a "dirt bike" tool, has anyone confirmed that it will actually work with our VFR?
