I'll make this one an easy one, assuming that clearance is given by Justice Crusty.

In the spirit of the season, with NASCAR just around the corner and ready to come in full swing...

Your bike, yourself, AND A FRIEND sporting as much of your favorite drivers paraphenelia (jackets, shirts, hats, flags, etc) as you can include in the pic. Your friend doesn't have to root for the same driver as you, and it's even preferred if you include multiple drivers/numbers.

Good luck, go fast, and don't forget to turn left!

 

Can I just get friend to wear all that garb since i don't watch races where they only now how to make left turns?

 

Yeah, I second that idea...
1.- There is no Nascar here
2.- I don't own Nascar paraphernalia -nor know anyone who does-
3.- What is Nascar, again? ;-)

Could we change that for "motor racing gear"?

OK, totally blanked the thought that NASCAR isn't something that everyone on here would be into simply for the fact that this site is titled "VFRWorld".

My bad.. but seriously, Jake... you live in the heart of racing country and you didn't get sucked into the biggest motorsports industry in the area?

So, the ammended contest will go as follows: You, your bike AND A FRIEND each wearing some sort of race team gear from your favorite motor sport depicting a specific team or driver. Motorcycle jackets don't count on this one as there are too many out there that represent the sponsors and/or sport in general that guys buy and wear just to look cool and don't follow a single event. Elegible garb includes but is not limited to shirts, hats, non-armored jackets, flags, banners, toys (miniatures or dolls), and paint schemes (if you are lucky enough to have a bike that is decked out in team colors with all the endorsements and coinciding number then I'm very jealous!)

There, contest ammended to include everyone. If you aren't into motorsports and you ride a VFR then there is something seriously wrong with you. LOL j/k

 

Just don't like watching 40 guys go around in a big circle kinda boring.

Ok, so it's raining here in Mesa, and it got really friggin chilly (48 from 73) so I'm kinda upset that I won't be able to ride the VFR to school for the next few evenings till it warms up again.... and it's really making me want a venti caramel machiatto with a hit of chocolate and an extra shot. SO, here's a new challenge:

Your bike in front of any coffee shop (Dunkin Donuts & Krispy Kreme count) with a big cup of joe (or hot cocoa will do).

I can't believe you just said that, 48 degrees isnt cold, put a pair of jeans on with a coat...you would never survive in the northeast. :crazy:

 

It's so windy here they actually restricted bikes from riding on the Turnpike!

 

Same weather here, still to damn nasty to jump on two wheels...

48 was at 2pm, not an overnight low. I've ridden in as cold at 28 degrees when I had my '02 Rebel 250 on a 65 mile commute from Surprise to Tempe back in '07. I'm normally not a wuss when it comes to cold riding, but since my buddy Josh was such a whimp and wouldn't ride to school on his Harley cause he insisted we carpool in my car, I kinda got whimped out with the heater all the time. Now that he's moved back to Chicago and I'm on my own for gas, I'm taking the bike as much as I can.

And as far as I can remember Hortons sells coffee too, so yes... it counts!

 

Randy, not to spoil the thing, but... the challenge calls for having a big coffee or cocoa.

 

Datestamp says it's an old pic anyhow, so he still has to get a new pic for winniz. Sockey is still in hiding, damn. I thought that little bastage woulda gotten the urge to booze and broad it up again and possibly be seen out doing such things. Maybe in his time away he has studied the ways of the .............
