    Hello!

I'm new in this forum. I bought the 2002 VFR from UK, and it have some problem.
A little bit broken and need to repair.

The biggest problem is: no keys. (not a stolen bike!)
So, this bike is equipped with HISS, and replace the keys is not a simple thing.

I try to find some specialists, who make a copy use with original ecu. But the cheapest way is: buy a US ecu. Like this: CDI ecu ignitor VFR800 interceptor vfr 800 03 - eBay (item 300505191149 end time Feb-12-11 21:11:29 PST)

Is it works with my bike? The HISS is not working or another problem is possibile? HISS no need for me...

    thanks

not sure on the euro bikes because of the hiss, but the ECU in the states is the same from 2002 -2005
you might want to check with a dealer to make sure the USA ECU will work as a replacement the plugs could be different
