I've had my eyes on these smoked colored lenses for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. They weren't cheap at almost $200 shipped but I think they make the bike look hot. Overall I am happy but I was a bit dissappointed that for that price they didn't fit right and required a slight modification to the mounting tab. According to Thurn this was due to a manufacturing defect and is supposedly being addressed. Opinions?

    Congratulations - they look great.

Wait! where did you get that center stand. I've been looking for one for my 93 forever; heard that 93's didn't have them.

I've included the link below for anyone else that may be interested. They run $80 for the rear set and $94 for the front and shipping was around $15 if I remember correctly. I've seen them pop up on Ebay every once in a while (from same seller - Thurn) for a little bit less but they were not listed when I was looking for mine.

As far as the the centerstand goes they were not standard issue on VFR's and only available as a factory option. I was lucky in the fact that both my current 3rd Gen and the last one I owned both came with centerstands. They are out there but difficult to find since they are not interchangable with other years. I would have hooked you up with the one from my old parted out bike but I sold it last year on the classified section here.

    Lookin' good Rollin! :thumb:

Those smoked lenses really do blend in nicely on a White bike.

I scored a smoked LED tail light assembly and matching smoked front turn signals from Thurn myself. No fitment issues of note to report for the 6th gen. parts.
