I think God was trying to tell the cop to give the guy a pass as we all make mistakes.

I would love to say I have not done that myself.

If you listen to the audio, you hear shit crunching.

Dodge Ram had a problem with not fully engaging park. Get out, shut the door and it would pop into reverse. Rather than fix the shift mechanism, they reprogrammed the computer so if the door is open, the truck is in reverse, and your foot releases the brake pedal, then the horn goes ape-shit. Real fun when trying to back up and connect a trailer.

That cop is the biggest douche bag ever and not for what happened to his vehicle. I can't believe he will still write a citation to the citizen after what happened to him. I have not brushed up on my vehicle code in awhile but I am sure he broke several laws when his cruiser passed through oncoming traffic without a driver. Give yourself a citation if you are going to write that person a ticket! Fuckin assbag

You don't know if he gave him a citation or a warning. He had cause to pull the guy over and routine traffic stops are credited with finding drunks, felons with warrants, unlicensed drivers, drugs etc etc. He's right to finish the stop IMO.

I am sure the cop had good reason to pull the person over and understand the reasoning behind traffic stops. By the cops body language and speech it appeared to me that he was going to issue a citation. My point is that it is hypocritical to issue a citation in that cituation when he broke the law himself. Maybe I'm just pissed I got a speeding ticket last week :p
