I need to know if anyone can answer diffinitively if the stock VFR 700 brake calipers bolt up the the CBR 600 F3 forks or do I need the CBR calipers as well?

    Starting the resto mod conversion.

Well seems that know one knows the answer so I just scored a complete running running CBR 600 F3 for a song. I will take the complete front end off and use that along with the rear wheel and shock moded by Jamie Daughtery. This will go a long way in my resto mod.

As far as I know, the calipers do not interchange. You'll need to get CBR calipers to work on the F3 forks.

Great score on the bike, maybe another project there?

This might be another option for you. My forks are marked F3 and brakes 92 VFR. Rims are F1 I believe ( i did not do actually perform this build).

Thanks for the info McViffer. Now that I have the whole front end I believe that I have the brake issue resolved. But now I have to figure out the speedo drive. I might have to find a F2 front wheel. The research that I have done shows that the F2 has slightly small discs then the F3. So not sure if they are compatitable
