Hey guys, been a while since I have been on. Been a crazy year. To the point, I am adding the upgraded Honda R/R on my 98. I am going to add a "computer" fan on it since I have it out. Not sure it will help, but can't hurt I suppose. My question is:

Which way do I have the fan blow? Onto the R/R, or pull air off of the R/R? Does it matter? Might be a stupid question, but thought I would ask anyway. Thanks for the help in advance. Lance

Shouldn't make too much difference, all you're really doing is circulating hot air around the RR, unless you are ducting in cool air from elsewhere it will make little difference IMO.

    Pretty cynical there Metal......
I'm a firm believer in the R/R fan trick. I put one on my 97 years ago, and after 2 R/R burnouts, that configuration never failed.
meh...who knows if it was the fan, but i'd like to think it helped.
Regarding fan direction....depends on the orientation. If you can pull cooler (relatively) air from someplace & blow it on the R/R; or if you can remove the heat from the cooling fins & draw cooler air in from the outside....orient the fan accordingly.
    good luck!
