From your description I don't think YOU were playing the victim. Careful reading will show I did not accuse you of any misbehavior. The comments were meant for all respondents, and were meant to point out if you're being a jerk on a bike, which I have never ever ever ever done don't be surprised when folks aren't too happy with you. I have done exactly what you did, just an innocent lane split to get to the front, and for some reason some cagers just can't stand that I can do it and they can't. Screw em. Still solve their little hissy fit the same way though. Right wrist.....

No worries bro... I expected some type of flaming ( hence the pic) for any of the following reasons:

1. People read things into what is posted either from not reading carefully, or my inability to get my point across because I can't write for shit

2. Taken to task for being an assclown and riding like one in a pack

3. Suggesting breaking the speed limit exponentially in a getaway.

4. Suggesting that anyone else is misbehaving in any fashion in
any way similar to my behavior

 

Its funny you mention lane splitting , I normally don't , but occasionally on surface streets I will. I have had people roll down thier windows and honk at me, asking me what the hell I was doing. I usually shrug and ignore them.
The ones I find that piss me off are the guys that get their manhood bent out of shape because I "cut them off" (as one asshat tried to explain to me)and they try to jump off of the green real quick. Apparently, most cagers don't really know that lane splitting is legal, most hate it because of the douche bag riders that lane split at 70 miles an hour(while traffic is stopped).They will go as far as snugging up the the dotted line that youare splitting in just so you can't pass them. `

Kind of hard to figure out what your point is especially if you are in a car or truck. This IMO, needs clarification.

A fortune is within your grasp making up Tshirts that say " Lane Splitting Is God Given" . You could even have a secondary one of those "If you can read this, the bitch fell off " things. I don't think that is copyrighted by the main harleydoods.
