Well, I always heard they had great service. So I called to ask if I could exchange my never used brand new one arm reversible stand for my Ducati (which I traded for the VFR1200) for the VFR1200 stand. They said sure if it is new. So I sent it regular mail, and they said it had a stratch on it and a mailing label and they will have to charge for $50 restocking fee. Not to happy with that.
