How much we talking here, just a couple hundred thou or what?

You know,02, when I was bemoaning in the chatbox the paucity of good threads on VFRW lately, and wrote "Someone should start a thread on what you would do if you won the Lotto", I was being sarcastic.

    Sigh....

Lots of charity work, not giving money away, but actual work.
    Buy/start an air ambulance company.
Employ as many of my friends as I could.
Make sure my extended family does not worry or want.

The wife and I have talked about this at length.

I know some younger couples who deserve some financial assistance, so that would be my first priority. I would also buy "motorcycles of choice" for a few deserving individuals, as in let them pick what they want. Buy a few small pieces of property (about 5 acres each) in Oregon, Nevada and possibly New Mexico with a small house and a decent size shop. So far that's less than 2M.

I'd keep another 1M accessible for play money, invest 3M in things that are easily sold if necessary, and keep 2M available for small business loans to friends.

have my gen 2 restored by toecutter..to full factory condition but only after my family was taken care of...then I would have a bike stable of one VFR from every gen.... and then buy squirrelman a VF500 (in perfect condition)........ then I would hire reg71 to ride up to 02's house and kick him in the sack as many times as there are entries in this thread

Rip my phone out, put my cell in the garbage disposal, stop feeding the alligators in my moat and learn to say "NO COMMENT" in at least three languages.

If the garage wasn't too big, 8 mil in ones might just do the trick.

I would buy the Barber Motorsports Complex along with the entire museum. Then I would invite all you sods over and have a stable of viffers and leathers for yous. Afterwards, I would spend the rest of my life polishing those bikes and mowing the lawn. nice to dream
