Favorite dirt road? I have to get my mind out of the gutter. I flat out would refuse to take the old Viffer on a dirt road. I have a mountain bike for that kinda chit, or I would get a KLR or some other thingie. Cheers and heres mud in your eye.

I did accidentally once, with a passenger even, when one of the roads in my area was dug up and being re-paved. I generally can't see a problem with it if it is well-packed. Shoot then it's almost like pavement anyway!
I would try to avoid "deep" gravel and sand i think.

These were taken in Arkansas on one of their Forest Service roads, a little tricky because of the large rocks and very cambered corners. Peggy was a little nervous but she did just fine. Turns out the name of the the road was "Gravelly Road" :)

When I go to the family farm, the only way there is by grid roads, these look more like tractor trails between feilds, and yes I was nervous as a cat in a room full of mouse traps the first time I road it, now I can keep up with the truck (im usually ahead of the truck) with out issue, I have even done the gravel roads up here, just wish when people pass you they slow from 1?? kph down to something like 50 or less, I dont need to be nailed by rocks that much
