This is my first week with my new 07 RWB and I have a quick gauge question. (I don't have an owner's manual, so I can't look this up if it is in there.)

What is the red mark on my gauge for when the bike is turned off? Note in the attached photo the red mark is above "AM" on the clock. It goes away when the bike is turned on. Can anyone tell me what it means?

I know that when your fuel gets low, to the reserve portion of the tank, that red bar starts blinking at you. But that is when you have the bike on.

I also have that red bar showing when the bike is turned off.

the red mark is the low fuel mark. the gauge cluster isnt color so they(Honda) painted a red mark on the face so when you turn the bike on it gets covered up and when you get low on fuel it flashes. if you look at the other side you will see a red line under the coolant temp. if you over heat that line will flash also. the red is permanent and is covered by the black when powered on. in actuallity the black flashes so you can see the red underneath.
