Does anyone have any advice? Will stiffening them up hurt how it rides or handle? It still rides great on the road, I just hate how mushy the acts in town. Since it gets used as a grocery getter, I'd like too change that. But I don't want mess up the handling when I do take it out to stretch her legs.

You may just want to start with changing the oil, most forks only get oil changed when fork seals go. When was the last time you changed it? What weight oil is in it now?

I doubt that the oil has ever been changed. I'll start with changing the oil and see what happens. Thanks
