Red 6th Gen with OEM side cases, 1130, Friday, on base in the BX parking lot. Rider was wearing a red/black/white leather jacket & a sorta matching helmet.

I call shenanigans. I'm supposed to be the only VFR rider on base.

    KC-10 FE out...

I keep seeing a black 6th gen at Black Hawk College, Moline, IL. Don't think it is one I have seen before because this one is flat black, not the gloss black of Back in Black's bike, who I know lives around here.

Interesting that this thread surfaced today. I spotted a Yellow 5th Gen headed south out of Rancho Cordova CA on Sunrise Blvd below White Rock Road at about noon today. I was headed north in my FJ Cruiser with the trailer or I would have given chase. Could have been my bike except I knew it was in pieces at home.

I was riding 2 up on a white 6th gen.

A long weekend, but I didn't see a single VFR in my travels. I didn't get out Saturday, though: I had transmission problems - I couldn't get my ass in gear. :(

However, during the noon hour on Friday while driving my bomb I did see a 2007 RWB parked near First Dental and the shoe repair place on Park St. in Madison, WI.

On my way home from Winston-Salem downtown today, while driving in my cage on Hwy. 52S, spied a RWB anniversary 6G headed northbound Hwy. 52 between the Clemmonsville Rd exit, and I-40, round about 6:20pm EDST, (you may have been riding two-up, but I was going 60 in the opposite direction). Hope to see you out there again -

    Chris

Some dude was obviously checkin out my 6th gen, CIRCLING ME for 20 or so miles and looking at my HID's. He was driving a late 90's black Honda Civic
Coming out of SAC, Ca, on hwy 80 to San Fran tonight at about 8:30.
Oh, it was a sighting; I saw myself in my mirror!
Pulled easy to 95mph to Fairfield, didn't see him again......

On Monday as I was sledding home on the Madison beltline I got passed by a red 4G.

I knew I was sharing the road with a red Ninja (I'd seen it enter the beltline a half mile earlier), but when the VFR pulled into view in my side mirror I started to doubt my eyes. When the VFR pulled alongside me those "Y Chromosome" louvers dispelled all doubt.

I saw a pearl white G6 with black Givi panniers on Saturday at 12:45 pm. I was traveling south of Hillsboro toward Richland Center, WI on Hwy 80 when I saw him as he was preparing to enter the highway. Big brotherhood waves.

He promptly passed me, and the pickup truck that I was following. By the time I passed the pickup the white VFR was not to be seen - probably turned off to one of the sideroads that are much more interesting than Hwy 80.

    Finally got around to posting.

First. Red 3rd gen (I believe) going eastbound Rt. 176. in Wauconda. Rider was cut off by a red vehicle, raised his arms in disgust (don't blame him, I saw the whole thing). I was pulling out from the BP on the south side of the street.

Second. Yellow 5th waiting at a light on Main St. and Rt. 12 in Wauconda, waiting to get onto Rt. 12. Bike looked very clean.

Third. Red 6th gen westbound 176 in Wauconda, few weeks ago.

And these were about all I've seen the whole summer :D

    I Saw a . . .

For the past week the owner of this vehicle has been parking a few steps outside my office door.

I know it's a 1985 Honda Interceptor - I can read that. But, what is it?
