My friend was murdered

So, two weeks ago a dear friend past away at 30 years old and at first it was suspected that it was a heart attack due to previous heart issues.

Tonight I found out he was murdered, his bodies been in "autopsy" for those two weeks and we found out through a cousin of his that it's a "crime scene"

My friend was one of the nicest outgoing people you could ever meet, every time we went out for drinks or clubbing he'd always get the chicks and I'd be standing there mouth wide open at how easy he made life seem. That man was never depressed or down and was always willing to pick you up when you were down.

This is my 2nd friend to die (high school atv accident) but my first time dealing with murder. It's really messing with my head and I really need to just let this out so I really appreciate this forum for it's gift of allowing me to express my inner feelings which are all scrambled and haywire right now...

Saturday is the funeral, we don't even know if he'll actually be there, it might be a empty casket ceremony.

Hurtin pretty bad right now.

No major details yet as its still an active investigation, when I find out ill post.

 

Losing friends is hard, but when it's murder it feels so different emotionally.

A couple I knew (not well, but the husband from high school) well my wife and I were partying with them last 4th of July. Well the next day he took a shotgun to her and then turned it on himself. All that right in front of their two small children.

Really has you say WTF?

God willing those responsible will face earthly justice.

Sorry about your loss man. It's hard when someone dies and only time will heal the hurt. Appreciate the good times you had together and try not to dwell on the loss of life. Try to smile every time you think about him. I'm sure he would not want you to suffer. Pray they find the person responsible and they get the justice coming to them.

 

Sorry for the lost of your friend, I am once have a friend got murder. He was missing for weeks and they found his body in his 911 carrera with a bullet hole on his head.................I was very sad with mix emotion. Until this day no one know why.

 

I lost 3 friends to unnatural circumstances all in the same night.
I know how you feel. Time will not take it away, but it will sand off the sharp edges that are grinding at you right now.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's tough to live with. I lost two boyhood friends (grade school through college) who I had not seen in many years, within three months to suicides. They both shot themselves in the head. One was a manic dpressive, and the other could no longer fly helicopters due to the accumulative damage to his back over the years from being shot down twice and suffering two severe copter crashes in Viet Nam. It still makes me melancholy and I nearly cry whenever I think about it, which is often. At least it was their choice to die, and not someone else's.

 

I have lost a few friends tragically but not to anything as horrific as murder. My thoughts to you. Also to the others who have posted their losses here.

 

Very sorry to read this Boazisi. A coworker today rushed out after learning her husband had been taken to the hospital with a bust aneurysm, he probably won't survive the next 24 hours. It's tragic you can say goodbye to someone you know and love in the morning and expect them to be there at the end of the day only to find out you won't ever see or talk to them again. Life is short, revere and treasure every moment with those you care about.
