    Dude states that he has dropped 50k into this machine. Definitely an obsession! But when there is an RVF for sale for less hmmmmm I think I'm down on the RVF400.

    Actually I want both!

    I didn't see anything indicating that it was licensed for street use, don't like the fact that it doesn't have a title either. The 11 digit VIN is bad mojo for registration in the US. For $8500 it is a really expensive, albeit tasty, track only machine.

    If that bike could be legally registered for street riding, I would buy it in a freaking heartbeat. I am a BIG fan on lightweight. You don't need 180HP if your bike is under 400lb wet.

    The vin number is normally the first thing that gets noticed and throws up a red flag, as it is one digit short of US machines. I know there are quite a few registered in the US, just don't know how they handled the paperwork...plus this bike has no title. That would be enough to make me look the other way.

    You could pm goinphaster here, he was able to get his 4hundo registered in CA......
