Thats the kind of find i look for.... Oh the things I could do.
Nice thing about that bike is price & the freedom to decide to restore it or do a crazy mod like CBR or Duc plastics.or even streetfighter. I'd jump on it if it fell in my lap.

Is that the one on CL in Taunton, MA? I've seen the pics. Not bad. For $1K (reduced from $1300) should be a decent bike. Good luck.

afpierce489 - > Yea its the one up in MA on CL. It doesn't look all that bad for the price. Just not sure I can justify buying another bike, been looking for a cruiser too. well maybe he will drop the price down some more too.

You should try and offer up $800 or so cash and see if he bites.

    Cool

You have the option of doing whatever you want which is awesome.

You can get fairings cheap here. I don't know about them though and cannot recommend their quality (if anyone knows I'd love to hear their feedback.

Fairing for Honda VFR 800 VFR800 Interceptor 98 01 ABS - eBay, Bike Parts, Motorcycle Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 06-Sep-10 11:23:58 AEST)

That being said you could do an awesome custom streetfighter which would only be limited by your imagination.

If you are commuting locally a streetfighter design would be better. Fairings would be essential if you plan long rides IMHO.

Good luck with whatever you decide.
