    Hello,

I picked up a '98 VFR earlier this year for my first ever road bike. I'm enjoying it and getting ready for my first road trip. I'm headed up the Oregon coast.

I'm doing some general maintenance and wanted to check on my air filter. I took off the mounting bolts and lifted up my tank. I saw two tubes under my tank that I think are called the breather & overflow tubes. I've included a picture showing that one of the tubes (smaller gray one) pulled loose from my bike, but I can't find where it came from. My manual doesn't show it either. Could someone share some advice on where it connects to? Both tubes are still connected to the underside of my tank.

    Thanks,

    EVAP cannister connection

Thanks NorcalBoy. I ran to the garage to take a look and realized that I'll have to take off the left fairing to get to the EVAP cannister. I'll check it out tomorrow.

    Thanks again,
