Long Dong's Geburtstag! NEW date. Oct 1 - 3

I have my daughters Capoiera graduation on that saturday but may be able ride down afterwards

 

Although making the trip to L.A. has been on my list of things to do on my VFR, I'm sad to say that I won't be able to make this one due to lack of funding. Thanks for the invite, though. Made my day!

 

I definitely WANT to go to this... last year was a blast!! I'm with Toe though... October would have been much better for me. I have an opportunity to make some money over the same weekend as your B-Day Long and if it comes to fruition (for those of you that don't know, that basically means "if it works out") I will have to stay home. I'm not sure if I should hope to not get the job and not make the money so I can go to Long's, or if I should hope to get the job, make the money and not go to Long's. Long, just change it to the next weekend Dude!!!

Well, Long, if I don't make it for the big VFRW Birthday party, I will have time now... so I'll ride out soon to visit with you soon!! You and your bride to be are always welcome at my house for a Vegas wedding... ooops, I mean weekend!!

I was also looking at an August calendar and got completely confused!!! I've been accused of having blonde roots and times like these I believe it!!! Anyway, yes!! Count me in!! Keep it the 24-26th and I will be there!! Woohoooooooooooooooooo!!! I'm so happy I get to gooooooooooo!!! Long, if you need help with preparations, or just want to enjoy my company longer, I can come early to help get stuff ready, or stay later to help cleanup. Let me know if I can help with anything!!! Yayyyyyy!! I'm psyched!!!

 

Yeah, that's pretty much what it comes down to. Of course I have school Friday night so I wouldn't be able to start out that way till Saturday morning, but I'd be able to stay till the end as long as I am back for school on Monday night.

My ex is killing me on the child support, so what little bit I AM making is going to gas to and from school and work and feeding my happy self.

I think the bike could handle the ride out and back even though it seems the carbs are getting a bit sluggish on the low end rpms again (still have some rust issues inside the tank). I'd love to break away from the daily grind and mingle with ya's - albeit no passport in hand. Have this stupid fear all hell breaking loose and me not being able to get back to my homeland.:tongue:

 

Hmmm... Need to check the work schedule to make sure no one else that friday off. The wife actually already gave the OK for the 24th thru the 26th so we'll see... The only unknown factor is if my leg will make the trip without exploding.

 

Sadly, gonna have to cancel on this one. work wont gimme the time off, thanks to holiday buyers for Halloween.

I'm waiting for MrDen to chime in. Lazy in Az: I don't know you so I won't bust you up. Keep track of the dates and if you can come ride out with me (40th St and Ray) let me know. Derstuka: I'm bringing the 'boobs' for a raffle prize. I've decided that I cannot grip something so well endowed as the boobs. I think!!!! that they should be exchanged to the next worthy raffle winner and brought back every year for that same experience. Gawd knows I've gripped them on a regular basis. Oh, stop it!!! I cleaned it off! You are all wacked. Reg: If you paid, you're in. I've already paid for a late Oct track in Phx. I understand completely. However, hahhahaha, I don't have to track my bike.

Well, due to the change in dates, I am now wishy-washying OUT with a possibility of wishy-washying back IN if things change. That's the weekend I might have the possible job and some moola. So, if it happens, I can't make Long's. :frown: Depending on how it all works, maybe I can find someone to cover for me for a day or two... I'll have to see.... however, don't count on me being there the 1st, 2nd or 3rd of Oct. (I'm putting the dates in my post so that 50 posts from now, when the date has been changed 10 more times, people will know what date THIS post was referring too!!! :smile::tongue

It's too bad I won't be able to make it... after Stuka's comment that the ladies should feel free to remove articles of clothing, I was planning on just hanging out in my bikini the whole time. Oh well...
