VFR got lucky with my wife, and almost cost me $20k

well, first we start riding and she tells me how the vibrations feel good and is sending "Jolts" up her "body". dang bike gets more action than i do.

and then my pda falls out goign down the road with around 15-20k worth of tax records that will be backed up by tomorow (took an hour but found the phone, it still works thankfully, didnt get scratched too bad, case is nowhere to be found).

I'll give you one guess as to what that might be.........it couldn't possibly be that it gets almost ZERO maintenance and has been hit by a truck.

you already completely destroyed two bikes and you are well on your way to wrecking the third one. i think i have a pretty good idea of what your capacity is for maintenance, based upon your very own description of your financial situation. you can't even afford a tire and still eat mac and cheese. my ability to read between the lines of your unending stream of threads is far greater than you think. i feel sorry for that bike, it certainly deserved better.

what? i havent even owned that many bikes. if you are going to claim that someone destoryd somethign, maybe you should try being smart enough to even know if they own it or not.

 

and just so you know, the only thing my bike needs is a valve check, other than that it runs perfectly. last time i did a cold start i didnt even need the choke.

 

Yep this thread is officially in the weeds.

I only come on here maybe once a week to see what is happening with the community but this week I sense a lot of hostility on here and not just in this thread but a few others as well. Must be the weather.

I say we stop writing and get out there and ride some more which for me means I need to find my rain suit.

I never leagally owned that kaw, i rode it less than 2 blocks the entire time it was in my posession.

the first vfr barley ran when i bought it.

the one that i own now runs perfectly. I just happen to have an aftermarket exost that sounds good and makes the bike rumble a little bit.

sure, i dont have much money right now, why the heck do you think i bought a bike. i spend as much commuting as some people spend on their mortgage.
