Thought after lurking for a while, I should show my bike off.

Bought this a month ago fro $1000, basically traded my 76 Glastron for it. Was in pretty bad cosmetic shape. Someone painted it with a.... Brush. Yes, a paintbrush, just looked "awesome"

Here it is now, no more "undertail", converted the blinkers to work inside the taillight, painted it white, some ebay decals, and a summit racing 1 3/4" resonator exhaust. Heres some before and after

Really happy for a 26 year old bike. Came from a 96 DR350 and a 76 Honda CB750. Just really surprised how fast it is for a little 500.

I'm not a fan of the big Honda decals on the fairing, but otherwise it looks way better than before. Good work. I have not heard of that exhaust. Was it a model made for the VF500 or did you mod it to fit?

They are resonators for a car, basically a glasspack with a smaller inner diameter. Its all welded together car parts, ill get video soon for the sound. Sounds pretty good I think.

And the Glastron was a 74 V156 Sportster, rotted transom, i redid the stringers and floor and resprayed it. Good boat and went good with the 85hp Merc on it but it wasnt a lot of fun for me, just everyone else that rode it in. Being a captain sucks sometimes.
