I think I have been considering buying a VFR800 for like 4 years... it was too much... too good a deal... had to snag it. Let me introduce myself, I am a parts manager at a Honda Yamaha dealership in Baton Rouge LA. The dealership got this bike as a left over in one of Honda's warehouses last year, and its been staring at me for that long. My Honda 599 was great, but wasn't going to cut it for some longer trips I have been wanting to make. The sales manager hooked me up, traded me, and it is finally mine. I just took a 1150 mile trip with a passenger this past weekend and am very impressed with it. Heres some pics of the VFR, my previous bike, and my super moto death machine.

And since I can't leave anything alone, I already chopped the rear fender, removed the from reflectors, passenger pegs, and am making a list of mods :(

    I love my vfr :)

Welcome! I do believe that your handle will quickly be shortened into "teets" by your fellow members. Probably before this thread has ended.
