I just installed a clear film paint protection kit from invisible mask, it went on extremely easy & looks almost invisible. The film is very clear & has a lifetime warranty, though I would of liked a little more coverage. The tank is well protected in the common wear areas & the front is ok. I added some hand cut pieces to areas that I felt would get scratched. For 65$ I would recommend this kit to anyone, I will post some pics when I can get some in good light.

I did my tank with film from "Thetankslapper.biz" He has patterns for most of the areas on the VFR including the rear cowl. 3M film, the good stuff. Check out his website.
