trying to use the portion under the fuel tank where the fuel pump mounts to the fuel tank, i want to cut away that portion and graft it on to a FZ6 tank for a custom build. Anyone have a really beat up tank that would like to get rid of? i can pay for shipping! PM me or e-mail me at brijeshjagan@hotmail.com

    HI,
I saw some 5th Generation tanks on ebay today. I didn't see what they wre going for, but you could check it out. I have a 1999 VFR and I typed in 1999 Honda VFR and their they were. Hope that you find something.

i found a sixth gen vfr800 fuel tank, that i think i will try to use. seems that the gasket used on the fifth and sixth gen are the same, which makes me belive that the bolt pattern should be the same for the fifth and sixth gen tanks where the pump mounts to the tank. we will see!

A bunch of trashed ones on ebay. There was even a nice one where half of it was completely crushed in.
