Well I guess its time to move on the the exhaust......Here are my options..
!. I have a Yosh 4-1 slip on system that is on the crashed bike. Can be reconditioned and a new muffler purchased to replace the damaged one. Pipe good just needs recoatiing.
    2. Purchase some dual slip- ons and have a dual system made with the oem 2-1's on each side if the new bike.

I guess my question is is there an advantage of either? I was thinking only weight with the 4-1 set-up.

4-2 shouldn't need a rejet unless you are running baffleless.
4-1 you'll probably have to shim your needles or main jet up.

Uh, sort of. This is for a VFR750F, right?
You can buy larger jet mains through different carb sites like Sudco.
I would slap whatever you are going to put on and shim your needles first and do a plug chop.
Then if you are still running clean look to larger main jets and possibly larger pilots.
Plug chop at different changes or dyno if you have buckets of money to drop.

I would stay away from the jet kits or PM toecutter for advice on shimming needles and the best jet size. Also the 4-2 Supertrapps sound the best IMHO.

Will do....I will be making my own dual system out of a set of duc900ss or gsxr1000 slip-ons...

I cant decide whether to put the 4-1 or the 4-2.

I will do the exhaust first before I go into the carbs....From what I understand these bikes are pretty much in the best state of tune stock...I hope I can tweek it some...
