    Hello Everybody!

Just a quick note to say hello and whats up?

Just bought my first bike...a 1986 VFR 700 (RWB) and am wicked excited about it!

Unfortunately on her maiden voyage I snapped the throttle cable...thank goodness I am picking her up from the ship tomorrow so the riding can continue!

Anyway, I look forward to throwing my hat in to the discussions and heres hoping to meet a few of you on a ride here or there...

    haha...yeah tell me about it!

although, I have recently found a backup OEM seat and inner fairings through e-bay...

from what i can tell, my 86 'runs like a top' but lord knows I am not a mechanic so time will tell, but for now it's a freaking blast!

currently just a shade over 35k...but I've only put on about 50 (between test rides and her maiden voyage)

hopefully if you ask the same question on Monday I will have a few hundred more on that number....
