I'm pretty sure I have all the bugs worked out on the bike. I'm very happy with it only owning it for 2 months, even if it was down a month. So I'm at the point of wanting to paint it. I have the color scheme all picked out and now I need to locate the fairings. The bike was layed down on both sides so all the fairings have either a crack or scratches. The only part that is acceptable is the upper nose where the windscreen is. I priced an after market fiberglass cast for it at 500 bills. Its made when u order it, and its a one piece R/L side fairing. No tail. So tough to find anything. Any1 have any ideas?

Yeah the fiberglass cast is from Airtec. $417 to be exact. I see nothing currently on ebay. I don't know if I'll ever see them. May just have to buckle down and drop the 500 bills.

Why are you looking for an upper if you say that that is the only piece you have that is acceptable? I have a complete set of fairings, including a gas tank, headlights and taillight, but they are all in need of some repair. Cracks and scrapes, broken tabs, etc....

I JUST sold my '91 VFR750 last week (still have the VFR800).
I still have the unpainted airtech top and bottom front sections as well as 95% OK rear black OEM sections including the taillight.
I'd like to get rid of it all, so make me a reasonable offer and it's yours. PM me.

The airtech parts are unpainted and the headlight holes are cut but not the front blinker holes.

The upper piece, nose, windscreen, headlight area is in good shape. When I say upper in the original post, I meant the side fairings. They are a 2 part deal on both sides with an upper and lower section. The only other passable part is the metal lower left and right side covers. No real damage.
