Mounting cruise control on throttle

    That looks pretty good. I wonder if it will interfere with my WOT? We sure can't be having that! Haha. Is there any way to remove the pulley from the linkage without removing the carbs? There would be no way to get a drill in there.

    Does anyone know what the center piece is made of and if it is hollow or solid? I think I finally got the JB weld to hold but it is just a bandaid. I was thinking when it came off about drilling and tapping the center piece to thread a bolt onto. What do y'all think?

    Judging by the small ammount of rust there by the shaft I would say it's steel, see if a magnet sticks to it, but I wouldn't drill very deep.
