Olympia Wash. VFRer looking for area riders

Hi all--- just got a 2007 VFR (previous bike was a Ducati ST3) and am looking to put together a VFR riders group. What I have in mind are mainly day trips, all around the Puget Sound area-- whatever people like. Basically, we'll work off an email list of folks who want to participate. Riders should be from around the South Puget Sound area, say within a 30 mile radius of Olympia. Its informal--- get togethers when people want to do rides, a little planning etc. whatever participants want to do--- I'll help organize. I'm a young retiree so I have some time to organize things, to get started. IF you are interested, email me at 6saints@comcast.net and I will add you to the list.

You didn't scare me off! I'm pretty scarey myself. Sooooooo, IS there an organized group of VFR riders anywhere around the Olympia/Tacoma area? I would hate to go riding with my Ducati buds---though they were an okay bunch. Having had an ST3, I really do like the VFR much better--- seems to handle with less bulk, still pretty zippy, and the riding position might be just a bit more comfortable. So I'm up for some day rides in the not-too-distant future.

 

You should set up a Social Group under the Community Banner at the top of this page. You have at least 14 members in the PNW and an additional 20+ Canadians in SW BC that are inclined to invade your country from time to time. Some of us Canucks are listed in the Vancouver / Lower Mainland Group Rides social group. We aren't always that social though so watch out!
