    Hi Forum,

I'm new here. I just bought my 7th Interceptor, a new 2004. I bought one of the original 750s in '83 and raced it in AMACCS. I had several m\additional 83 and 84, plus a 500 "miniceptor. I have been out of biking for quite some time, but in an effort to restore my CBX I ended up buying a new 2004. I only have 40 miles on it and it looks like the weather is going to tank, so I don't expect to ride it too much until spring. Just wanted to say hi.

    Gene

Hi there, you picked the right bike to do that sport touring on .... although I could be a bit biased.

Hi Gene. Welcome to the board. I ride a 5th gen, but I also have a VF500 that runs, but needs work. I'm hoping to get her torn down and fixed up nice this winter. Watch in the how-to area to see me mess up all kinds of stuff!
