86 VF500 willnot start

Good catch on the R/R - glad to hear that you are up an running. Kudos on adjusting the valves - always important to check this box off when reviewing VF500F maintenance checklist.

 

R/R - I am ordering one to add to my spares collection ...

Valve lash - Oh yeah, any high-reving Honda motor of mine gets this done regularily, I do it myself on the Cars, but the top-end of the V4 is a PITA to work on ... Just changing the spark plugs caused a torrent of four-letter words, and required beers to maintain sanity. Somrthing tells me my specialty tool collection is going to need a new tool-box just for the Inteceptor / V4 specific tools.

85 interceptor wont start

I have some what of the same problem but i dont think its battery related as i have tried charging and boosting the battery? It was working fine yesterday and as i came to a stop it just died and since then would not start!! I have put more gas in too but still nothing. Please help. Im in milton so in someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks
