need help no spark 1992 vfr750f

one day i go to start my bike didnt start but i still could to pop start it, i sent it to this half ass machanic he put the starter clutch on, now its not getting no spark at all i sent it to a shop they tested all of the components there good excepted for the cdi box not testable, but they found that the pulse generator pickups were put on backwards or wrong after the guy put the starter clutch on, they put them back in place. so i go to order the pulse generator its discontinued just my luck huh i rather try that before i buy a cdi box my question is to who knows about this is could the pulse generator have gotten burnt or messed up from being put on wrong and was it possable it fried my cdi box please any one who nows or has a working pulse gen get at me asap. and if any fellow biker is from around my city springfeild massachusetts (413) with a 1992 vfr750f like mines ill pay you for i can check my cdi box on your bike hit me asap.

we sholud meet up some where so i can test my cdi box on your bike ill pay you if its possable im trying to narrow down and dismiss parts that can be the problem cause i havent found know one with a 92 vfr 750f so i heard that its 90 to 93 are compatable i need your help so i can see if its this or not send me a private message with your # if your intrested id appreciate it

Unless pulse generator wires are properly held in the clips used to retain them, they can easily be damaged by rotating components.
