Help. I have a VF 400 and I need to know how much fork oil each fork takes??

Hi, I have a 1986 Honda VF 400F NC 13. I picked it up as a project bike and it is coming along very nicely. I just ordered up some fork seals for it but no matter where I go I can't seem to find the amount of oil I'm supposed to put in each fork. I've even managed to find the PSI for the forks but not the oil specs.
Can anyone help me out here?

thanks again, It seems almost impossible to find that info out here in Canada You even mention a VF or a VFR and most people just kinda look at you like your a bit strange :crazy: but i have to say, I love the bike, it's a blast to ride and I get really cheap insurance with it.

ya, chilliwack to be exact but i spend most of my summer riding in the interior, near princeton, osoyoss, ect. but ya, it's great to find someone else in bc also!!
