I personally would rather have a 3rd or 4th just to have the carbs, I know some people say these carbs are a pain in the butt but I prefer somthing mechanical that I can clean/inspect/fix if needed. I know you can tune fuel injection an all and there are mods for it as well, but I prefer the good ole carbs..

this thing is pretty nice. Runs real well. Has a cracked headlight and one crack on the upper left which is in a spot that doesn't look bad. I guess a piece of wood fell from a truck, bounced off the road, hit the headlight, and then hit the rider in the helmet. Almost took him off the bike and knocked the sense out of him.

Needs the tail light mod. I know they'll take closer to $2500. The bike is consigned and is owned by the bike shop mechanic's father.

Found a 92 vfr750 today, with around 8k miles on it. Paint and all mechanics are perfect, been garaged all its life. All stock besides exhaust and saddlebags.

Whats a bike like this worth? or what would yall pay for it????

Depends what you would have to do to it to ride it. When was it last riden? 2 years ago I paid $3500 for a '97 in really good shape that had just been gone through (new tires, battery, fluids etc.) with 3800 miles on it. Even if it's the red with white wheels (not sure what year that combo was available) and ready to ride I don't think I'd go above $2500. But that's just me. Even though I have the shortest arms and deepest pockets of anybody you'd ever meet, I've been known to do stupid stuff when it comes to a bike I want.
    Good luck!

The 90 model is the red with white you mentioned, the 91 is red with gold wheels, 92 is the dark blue metallic with grey wheels and the 93 is the white with white wheels, the bike is 100% ready to ride, new tires all new fluids ready to ride. I was thinking about the same as you, personally I would want a 91 or 93 but for the right price a 92 will do the job! Thanks for the advice!

Yeah the low miles is the main reason I am looking into this bike, I would prefer the 91 or 93 just for color preference, but then again I havent seen the blue in person so I might love it! I think I am gonna go take a look at it this weekend, Ill keep yall updated!!!!! Wish me luck!

I own a 1990 vfr 750F with less than 19k on her. In NJ. I'm always open for negotiation as I'd like to get something fuel injected. Let me know if you'd like to know more. pgafuture@gmail.com

Sounds like a fly and ride. I've done it, just be sure to get a round trip ticket so if it goes bad, you have a way home.
