Kawi zzr600 was my other choice in candy red. Luckily my wife bought the VFR before the zzr came in. Nice to have a supportive spouse!!!

 

My next bike to keep my VFR company is going to be Italian, either the Duc 1098 or the new Aprilia V4 that is coming out has really got my attention...

a simple answer

I find the older I get I like things simpler... I would probably get a Triumph Bonnie T100, sure it would be slower but I could accessorize as needed without breaking the bank, and oh yeah spoke wheels are cool too!

 

And here I thought I knew what I was doing, way to go Rick

 

Probably something in the BMW line,possibly a K12

 

I think an R1200s or even a BoxerCup Replica R1100S...... The 1100 would be equal $$$.

The new BMW 800s look promising, although obviously a lot more cash than the VFR. But will certainly hurt the VFR sales -- at least a little.

 

Yeah I think I would go for a BMW sport tourer or that new Kawi Concourse based on the ZX14.

Maybe I'm overly loyal, but I've wanted a bike with the Interceptor badge since 1983. If there were no VFR this would probably be my ride:

 

In a perfect world I'd have a Triumph Speed Triple sitting next to the VFR in my garage.

 

I had a 1996 Magna before the VFR, and am still upset with myself for ever selling it. That bike is a real blast to ride.
