Looking for kid's/children's/young teenager's gear options

Just like the subject says - looking for gear for younger passengers. Helmets are easy. Decent riding jackets, etc, not so much. All of the local places that I've tried don't carry gear that small, so online options are fine. Not looking for full-on race leathers (though that would be funny), but just general decent gear better than a sweatshirt.

I had good luck shopping online. Granted this was 4 years ago but I found an XXS joe rocket phoenix jacket for $40 and some XS ballistic pants for $50 on ebay brand new, Boots I found on kijiji for $35 and gloves at a bike show for $10.

Measure your kids, hit a few manufacturer websites and check out size charts, then start searching ebay.

 

ebay & cragislist. Kids usually outgorw before they wear out.
