My 1990 Vfr appears that the clutch is not disengaging. I checked the slave -works fine- Removed clutch cover -checked clutch movement. ok I inspected the clutch rod -fine Checked for air in clutch line..fine

When it is on the stand and you put it in gear (clunk) --you cannot turn the wheel -pull in clutch and still cant turn the wheel ???

    Any input

I think my biggest concern is when the rear hub assembly fell off while I was riding and if that may have damaged something.

Not sure what you mean you did by "checked for air in the clutch line". Did you fully bleed the system? Sometimes air can stay trapped at the "banjo" bolts, and the only way to get it out is to crack them open ever so slightly.
