I was just there for the last month.
Had a little help from TOE and Bweiss along the way, thanks guys.
I also spent alot of time in the wee hours of the night all by myself getting these two bikes done, full well knowing that the next day at work was gonna be the suck. All tired and isht.
It is worth all the work in the end tho.. I wake up each morning with a choice of which bike to ride.

Course the damn door latch post on the jeep just broke.... it's always something, just keep goin brother.

I been a sandin and a paintin and a smokin too.
Course, ya cant see your reflection it the stuff I been paintin.. LOL. thats a little ways off.
Even tho the suzuki paint only looks good from 2 or more feet away, I love the bike now that its white. Hated that green and pink scheme that it had.
Bweiss is offering me enuff paint to do the job that you originally sketched out for us, white and 2 shades of blue. With flynvfr's help of course.
Bweiss pretty much said that Flyn was a master painter, so we got good plans in the future, and I am sure I will owe a few favors down the road.
anyways, I wasn't trying to hijack my own damned thread, but today was the first day of both bikes beng complete again and man it felt good.

Sorry for the late arrival but I know how you guys like pictures. A '68 a'69 and a'70. Rare trophy winners.

The guy with the trophies also owns the 2009 Hurst Challanger in my avatar.

And to bring it back to motorcycles the guy with the trophies owns the company who manufactured the frames for the Buell 1125CR. The frame that was the gas tank!

Sooooo two nuns makeing out on the bike.... You see I knew their was a reason why I love this site! I usually have to pay extra for these kinda things

 

Looks like I am gonna bust out the DRZ and go for a swim........now where to find a nun?

 

If it aint a good time why bother? Can't wait to see some outside the box thinking on this one...You can keep it simple or something truely epic that could go down in VFRWorld history...
REAL Nun's being hard to come by, costumess are cool, and often very fun...

 

You know, I really thought my challenge involving uniforms, road signs and feminine hygiene products would be tough, but that soldier knocked it right out of the park no sweat.

So I expect the nun on a bike might be doable.
