    can't help ya on springs but I bought boots for my old 500 last fall from the dealer. $12/ea (U.S.)

    Not bad compared to the 3rd gen :(

    I recommend you try to support your local dealer 1st. That way when you need support, he might be there for you. Chances are he'll be within a couple bucks either way of any online price you'll find and when you add in shipping then you're just as well to go with the local guy. Don't get me wrong, there are internet deals out there. But more often than not, internet shopping reminds me of folks who spend $3 driving around to save .10c/gallon on 20gallons of gas.

    my local honda dealer sucks .. they sell HD also. if you need a HD part no prob.. but a honda part will be here next thursday ( and its always NEXT thursday)
